Domains

Domain management on CoreSynth web hosting. Each package includes a certain number of domains — from 3 (Starter) to unlimited (Premium).

Overview

Adding a Domain

Automatic DNS (recommended)

When adding a domain, you can enable automatic DNS. CoreSynth will automatically create necessary DNS records.

1. Log in to the control panel
2. Go to Domains → Add Domain
3. Enter domain name
4. Check Enable Automatic DNS
5. Click Add

Note: Automatic DNS will set A record and CNAME for www . E-mail records (MX, SPF) must be added manually via DNS guide.

Manual DNS

If not using automatic DNS, configure DNS at your registrar.

Nameservers

Change nameservers at your registrar:

ns1.coresynth.io
ns2.coresynth.io

A record

Alternatively, add A record:

DNS Setup at Registrars

Wedos

1. Log in to Wedos 
2. Go to DNS → Manage DNS records
3. Set nameservers or A records

Forpsi / IGNUM

1. Log in to admin panel
2. Go to DNS settings
3. Change nameservers or add A records

Cloudflare

1. Log in to Cloudflare
2. Select domain → DNS
3. Add records (see DNS guide)

Warning: If using Cloudflare proxy, disable it when having SSL issues.

Suspend and Resume

Suspend domain

Suspending a domain temporarily disables the website without deleting data.

1. Go to Domains → Manage Domains
2. Select domain → Suspend

Website will stop displaying, but files and databases remain intact.

Resume domain

1. Go to Domains → Manage Domains
2. Select suspended domain → Resume

In the panel for each domain you will find:

Deleting a Domain

Warning: Deleting a domain is irreversible. All files, databases, and e-mail boxes associated with this domain will be permanently removed.

1. Go to Domains → Manage Domains
2. Select domain → Delete
3. Confirm deletion

Troubleshooting

Domain already exists

Cause: Domain was already added or is active in another account.

Solution:

• Check if domain is in your active domains list
• If it belongs to another account, contact support

Website not working after 24 hours

Cause: DNS has not fully propagated, or incorrect DNS settings.

Solution:

1. Verify DNS at dnschecker.org 
2. Check A record — should point to server IP
3. Check nameservers at registrar

Default page showing

Cause: Domain not correctly pointed to web hosting.

Solution:

1. Check A record at registrar
2. Verify A record points to correct IP
3. Wait for DNS propagation (up to 48 hours)
