Ticket System

The primary support channel for technical issues and account questions.

Step 1 — Create a Ticket

  1. Log in to coresynth.io/dashboard 
  2. Navigate to Dashboard > Support
  3. Click New Ticket

Step 2 — Select Department

Step 3 — Describe Your Issue

Write a detailed description of your problem.

Step 4 — Submit

Click Send to submit your ticket. You will receive confirmation via email.


Discord Support

Access the support channel directly through our Discord server.

How to Access

  1. Join the CoreSynth Discord server
  2. Navigate to the support channel
  3. Create a new ticket by describing your issue

Note: Discord support is ideal for quick questions and community assistance.
