Ticket System
The primary support channel for technical issues and account questions.
Step 1 — Create a Ticket
- Log in to coresynth.io/dashboard
- Navigate to Dashboard > Support
- Click New Ticket
Step 2 — Select Department

Step 3 — Describe Your Issue
Write a detailed description of your problem.

Click Send to submit your ticket. You will receive confirmation via email.

Access the support channel directly through our Discord server.
How to Access
- Join the CoreSynth Discord server
- Navigate to the support channel
- Create a new ticket by describing your issue
