Service Renewal & Cancellation

Manage your services lifecycle — from subscription renewal to cancellation.

Types of Renewal

Manual Renewal

Renew your service manually before expiration or during grace period:

  1. Go to Dashboard > Services
  2. Select the service
  3. Click Renew
  4. Choose period (1, 3, 6, 12 months)
  5. Select payment method
  6. Confirm payment

Automatic Renewal

Set up automatic renewal for seamless operation without interruption:

  1. Go to Dashboard > Services
  2. Select the service
  3. Go to Settings
  4. Enable Auto-renewal
  5. Select payment method (card or credit)
  6. Choose renewal period

Prerequisites

  • Credit on account OR saved payment card
  • Service in Active status

How Auto-Renewal Works

  1. 7 days before expiration — system sends email reminder
  2. 1 day before expiration — system attempts payment
  3. Payment successful — service extended, confirmation sent
  4. Payment failed — notification sent, service enters grace period

Tip: Ensure you have enough credit or a valid card before the renewal date.


Service Cancellation

Cancellation Types

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Dashboard > Services
  2. Select the service
  3. Go to Settings or Cancel
  4. Select cancellation type:
    • Immediately — service stops now
    • End of period — service continues until end
  5. Enter cancellation reason (optional)
  6. Confirm cancellation

Warning: Immediate cancellation is irreversible and non-refundable.


Grace Period

If a service expires without renewal, it enters grace period:

During Grace Period

  • Server stopped — game/VPS server not running
  • Web hosting unavailable — websites offline
  • Data preserved — all data remains stored
  • Renewal possible — can renew anytime within 7 days

After Grace Period

After 7 days from expiration:

  • Service is automatically terminated
  • All data is permanently deleted
  • Service must be ordered again

Critical: Data cannot be recovered after termination. Backup before expiration.


Upgrades & Downgrades

Service Upgrade

Upgrading increases resources (RAM, CPU, disk):

  1. Go to Dashboard > Services
  2. Select the service
  3. Click Upgrade
  4. Choose new plan
  5. Pay prorated amount (for remaining days)

Note: Upgrades are possible anytime, payment is prorated.

Service Downgrade

Downgrading reduces resources:

  • Not possible immediately — applies at end of current period
  • New plan — takes effect at next renewal

Renewal After Suspension

Service in Grace Period

  1. Go to Dashboard > Services
  2. Find suspended service (marked red)
  3. Click Renew
  4. Select period
  5. Pay renewal
  6. Service activates within minutes

Service Terminated

If service was terminated (data deleted):

  1. Service must be ordered again
  2. Start fresh (no data)
  3. Invoice history remains preserved

Invoices & History

Viewing Invoices

  1. Go to Dashboard > Invoices
  2. List of all invoices appears:

Downloading Invoices

Each invoice can be downloaded as PDF:

  1. Find invoice in the list
  2. Click Download PDF
  3. Invoice opens in new window

Troubleshooting

Auto-Renewal Failed

Causes:

  • Insufficient credit
  • Expired card
  • Bank blocked payment

Solution:

  1. Add credit to account
  2. Update payment card
  3. Renew manually

Service Not Renewed

Cause: Grace period likely expired.

Solution:

  1. Check service status in Dashboard
  2. If status is “Terminated”, order again
  3. If status is “Suspended”, renew immediately

Change Payment Method

  1. Go to Dashboard > Settings > Payment Methods
  2. Add new card
  3. In service settings, change renewal method

Cannot Cancel Service

Cause: Some services require contacting support for cancellation.

Solution:

  1. Try cancelling via Dashboard
  2. If not possible, contact support

Best Practices

  • Enable auto-renewal — prevent service interruptions
  • Track expirations — set reminders
  • Backup data — before any termination
  • Review invoices — regularly check payment history
