Team Management & Invitations
Invite team members to co-manage your services. Each member can have different roles and permissions.
Overview
| Feature | Details |
|---|---|
| Roles | Admin (full access), Viewer (read-only) |
| Invitations | Email with activation link |
| Invitation validity | [UNVERIFIED] 7 days |
| Limits | According to package configuration |
How It Works
Services on CoreSynth can have multiple members. Each member has their own account and role:
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full service management, editing, billing, invite/remove members |
| Viewer | View details, logs, no editing capabilities |
Note: The service owner always has the Admin role and cannot be removed.

Advanced Team Management
Service Separation
Each service has independent member management. A member of one service doesn’t automatically have access to others.
Billing
Only owner and Admin can:
- View invoices
- Make payments
- Change billing information
Security
- Members cannot change owner’s password
- Members cannot remove the owner
- Members cannot add new members (only Admin can)
Troubleshooting
Invitation Not Received
Cause: Email may have ended up in spam.
Solution:
- Check Spam / Junk folder
- Add
[email protected]to contacts - Request re-sending the invitation
Invitation Expired
Solution: Invite the member again. Invitations have limited validity.
Cannot Accept Invitation
Cause: You already have access to this service or invitation was cancelled.
Solution:
- Check if the service is already in your Dashboard
- Contact the service owner
Member Cannot Edit Service
Cause: Member has Viewer role.
Solution:
- Owner or Admin changes role to Admin
- Change takes effect immediately
Want to Leave Team
- Go to Dashboard > Services
- Find the service
- Click Leave Team or ask owner to remove you
Warning: Owner cannot leave their own service.
Best Practices
For Owners
- Add only trusted people — Admin has almost full access
- Regularly review members — remove inactive accounts
- Use Viewer role — for read-only accounts
For Members
- Keep your own account — don’t share login credentials
- Check your roles — verify what you can do
- End collaboration properly — ask to be removed when done
