Overview

How to Buy a Domain

Step 1 — Open Domains Section

1. Log in to CoreSynth Dashboard 
2. Go to Web Hosting
3. Select your hosting package
4. Click Domains in sidebar
5. Switch to Registered Domains tab

Step 2 — Search for Domain

1. Click Register New Domain
2. Enter desired domain name
3. System automatically checks availability
4. List of available TLDs with prices appears

Tip: Popular TLDs like .cz, .com, .eu appear as quick options.

Step 3 — Select TLD

Note: Prices are indicative and may change according to registrar.

Step 4 — Contact Details

ICANN requires accurate contact details for registration:

Warning: False information may lead to domain cancellation.

Step 5 — Registration Period

Select registration period:

Step 6 — Complete Registration

1. Review order summary
2. Click Register
3. Domain registers within 24 hours
4. Receive confirmation email

Managing Registered Domains

Domain Overview

In Domains → Registered Domains you see:

Domain Details

Click on domain to open details:

• Status — active, pending, expired
• Registration Date — when registered
• Expiration Date — when expires
• Registrar ID — internal ID
• Last Sync — when data was updated

Domain Lock

Domain lock protects against unauthorized transfer:

Recommendation: Always keep lock on unless transferring domain.

Auto-Renewal

Recommendation: Enable auto-renewal to avoid losing domain.

Privacy Protection (WHOIS)

WHOIS protection hides your personal data from public registry:

Note: WHOIS protection is free for most TLDs.

Nameserver Settings

Changing Nameservers

1. Open domain details
2. Go to Nameservers
3. Enter new nameservers:

ns1.coresynth.io
ns2.coresynth.io

4. Click Save

Note: Propagation may take up to 48 hours.

DNS Propagation

After nameserver change:

Domain Renewal

Manual Renewal

1. Open domain details
2. Click Renew
3. Select renewal period (1-10 years)
4. Confirm payment

Expired Domain

If domain expires:

Warning: After deletion, anyone can register the domain.

Auth Code (EPP Code)

Auth code is required for domain transfer to another registrar.

Getting Auth Code

1. Open domain details
2. Go to Auth Code
3. Click Show Code
4. Code displays only once

Warning: Share auth code only with trusted registrar.

Reset Auth Code

If you need a new code:

1. Click Reset Auth Code
2. Old code stops working
3. New code is generated

Linking to Web Hosting

Linking Domain

You can link registered domain to your web hosting:

1. Open Web Hosting → Domains
2. In registered domains section click Link
3. Select hosting package
4. Domain configures automatically

DNS Zone

After linking, DNS zone is created automatically:

Troubleshooting

Domain Unavailable

Cause: Domain is already registered.

Solution:

• Try different TLD (.net, .org, .cz)
• Try different name
• Use whois to find owner

Registration Error

Cause: Invalid contact details or registrar error.

Solution:

• Check email address
• Verify phone number including country code
• Contact support

Domain Not Working After 48 Hours

Cause: Incorrect nameserver settings.

Solution:

1. Check nameservers in domain details
2. Verify via dnschecker.org 
3. Contact support
