Learn how to manage credit, upgrade or downgrade services, and understand renewal options.

Adding Credit
Step 1 — Navigate to Credit Section
- Log in to coresynth.io
- Go to Dashboard > Credit
Step 2 — Select Payment Method

Step 3 — Enter Amount
Enter the amount you wish to add. Credit will be visible in the top-right corner of your dashboard within minutes.
Note: Credit can be used for all services including renewals, upgrades, and new orders.
Upgrading Services
Upgrade increases your RAM, CPU, disk, bandwidth, or other resource limits.
When to Upgrade
- Server is lagging
- RAM usage at 100%
- Disk space full or nearly full
- More player slots needed
Step 1 — Select Service
- Go to Dashboard > Services
- Click on the service you wish to upgrade
Step 2 — Choose Upgrade
Click the Upgrade button in the service menu.
Step 3 — Select New Package
Choose the package that meets your needs.
Step 4 — Confirm Payment
Proration is calculated automatically. Example:

Note: You pay only for the remaining days in your current billing period.
Step 5 — Completion

Warning: No data loss occurs during upgrade.
Downgrading
Downgrade is only possible at the end of your billing period. The new lower-tier plan will take effect on the next renewal date.
Renewal Options
Renewal Periods and Discounts

Setting Up Automatic Renewal
- Open your service
- Go to Settings
- Enable Automatic Renewal
- Select payment method (card or credit)
- Select renewal period
- Click Save
How Automatic Renewal Works
- 7 days before expiration — service renews automatically
- Payment — deducted from card or available credit
- Confirmation — email sent with renewal receipt
- No downtime — service continues uninterrupted
Manual Renewal
- Go to Services > Select your service
- Click Renew
- Select period (1, 3, 6, or 12 months)
- Choose payment method
- Click Pay
Grace Period
After service expiration:

Note: You have 7 days after expiration to renew before data is permanently deleted.
Reactivating a Suspended Service
- Go to Services
- Click the suspended service (marked red)
- Click Reactivate Service
- Pay the renewal fee plus 50 CZK reactivation fee
- Service activates within minutes
